Anyone else grounded right now?

I'm in the middle of my second year of college. And my curfew is still 11pm. I'm grounded for life.
 
Sucks to here that Jerboy, but at least you still have you net connection 🙂 Just curious, what did you do?
 
It would be hard for my parents to ground me since I'm 8 hours away from them. I think I'm at that point in my life where my parents are more like my friends rather than people trying to run my life. I turn 18 in 5 days...woohoo!

i'm 18 and 250+ miles from home.... it's nice

get sh!tfaced every couple of weeks..... take no flak.. no harm done.. except to my kidneys 😉

but i am in no way condoning underage drinking.... bad... bad

Man, I hated high school because I would get grounded for a "C". But that ended around 11th grade...thank god.

Heh...they don't even give me cash for spending. I use my own money that I saved up from working at Bestbuy for a year. I usually charge my groceries to my credit card and they pick that up. All they care about is that I keep at least a 2.7 GPA so that I can keep a scholarship.

watch out... that sh!t might come up and bite you on the ass

i didn't care for hs so i just didn't go some days (this is my senior year)... ended up i missed 3 days over the allowed... and HAD to make up 12 hours after school for every day missed over... that's 36 freaking hours..... ya.. a hella lot of saturday/thursday schools, and detentions... and if i didn't make them all up i didn't graduate

sucked big time... it put a huge crimp in my afterschool activites

Home by 10PM sounds good to me, but I am 30 and get up at 5:30AM every morning.

All I have to say is get better grades. That will be one thing you will never regret.
