Was never on formula, and I have allergies.

Anyway, a daily dose of Claritin helps a ton. I just have to pound water to avoid the headaches that it causes.

I usually have very bad allergies.

Finally got an allergy test and have been receiving 3x allergy shots once a week for the past 4 months. Its been going really well so far and has helped a lot. I take a generic claritin every once in a while to help when they get really bad.

I have hardly taken any allergy medicine since starting these shots. Only around 30 more weeks to go and I should be cured of my allergies. These things are awesome!

You won't be cured. They'll be reduced for several years and then gradually come back until they're just as bad as when you started.

But it's definitely worth it if it is helping. I did them when I was younger and plan to start them again soon. It really helped me for about 5-10 years, but now they're just as bad as ever.
