Anyone buy the exact same pair of shoes every year?

I've purchased multiple pairs of Puma Il Mostro driving shoes because they are sooooo comfortable but always different color combinations. Really partial to Pumas and Diesels, just love the fit/look.

Holy LURKER Batman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had over 5,000 posts before the forum switchover. My post count got deleted after it had happened and I never bothered to get it restored.

I just go to the Skecher's outlet near buy and pick up 2 pair for $40-60 every year or so.

Sweet, sweet deal on some comfy, unshabby looking shoes.

I usually have at least one spare pair of shoes that I like.

I tend to wear Danner hiking shoes most of the time, and a pair of Danner big leather waterproof boots if needed. They tend to get rid of designs in their hiking style shoes every year, which sucks because sometimes I dont like the newer ones.

Right now I have about 3 pair (two new in box) of vented hiking shoes for working outside in the summer, and two pair (one new in box) of some mid height waterproof shoes/boots for wet weather.

Skating's hard on shoes. Walking not so much, unless you have poor technique, or bone structure.
Walking will still wear shoes if you do enough of it. There's still plenty of friction between the shoe and the tarmac, and I walk a lot. But yeah, skating is REALLY tough on shoes.

Yes I get a pair of new balance also. They're cheap shoes that don't fall apart in 3 months. Once, i got a pair from payless. That 15 dollar piece of shit lasted 2 months before falling apart.

Every year I go out and I buy a pair of these:

I've been doing this since I was 17. Back then I think it was the 990 or the 991s. Now it's the 993s.

But every year I effectively buy the same pair of shoes.

Anyone else do this? If so, what shoes do you buy the same of over and over.

I've had nike air definition 10 regulars for the last 5 years I think it is. Love them and know some day they will quit making them.

I've had a new pair of Chuck Taylors every year for probably ten years or more. They don't last too long but I can't find anything else that I think looks as good for an everyday casual shoe.
