I've seen them taser a bull before, and it dropped right to the ground. I guess that doesn't give a person very good odds....

Can't you pull the prongs out? I mean, in between the shockings.

Hypothetically, but once they see you reaching for them you're just gonna get hit again. Even if you do pull them out they can just reload and pop you again.

There's no in between shocking as far as I know. Basically once the prongs hit you, they grip, and you are hit with high voltage at pulses, which causes your muscles to spasm. There's no way you will be able to control your muscles while the spasming is occurring

The shocks occur in 5-second bursts or less.

I thought pepper spray was the colloqialism for OC.
When I was in the Navy on security we had to get hit with 10% OC before we could carry it around.
Miserable experience. Though I have been told that since its natural you can eventually build up an immunity to it. Supposedly you have to take a shot every day for a long time.

No way man. That stuff was vicious. And supposedly mailmen get to carry around 25%.


 
There is a company developing an anti taser suit for cops and the military. Basically all it is is clothing that conduct electricity better then a human being. Electricity follows the path of least resistance and will flow in the suit instead of your body.
