1) buy shin ramen. far far superior to what you can usually get. the usual stuff will taste like styrofoam to you after shin. $1 a package though.
2) add some meat. canned chicken breast (next to the canned tuna) or the fake crab stuff is good. egg is also good (its meat!)
3) add some vegetables. canned baby corn, canned peas, cabbage, green onion, maybe some cilantro
