Although I like Amish's suggestion, a more practical one is to mix in tuna or the chunk chicken (that comes in those tunafish-like cans ;) )

I thought the whole point of Ramen noodles was to have a quick and easy "meal". Why would I want to spend so long to put in all these great things like steak, chicken, grilled veggies? Ramen should be quick and tasty if possible (hot sauce or some other sauce/oil are quick to add). All of these recipes you guys are mentioning sound great but if I'm going to take my time to make something good I'm sure as hell not going to make anything containing a 25cent bag of sodium noodles.

um...if you're gonna make the sauce from other things, why not use normal pasta? It's cheaper.

yeah, I was gonna say to just throw an egg in there. Ramen's over-rated, get some of the fatter Japanese noodles (some nice Korean brands too...not so many Chinese ones), more like udon, sooooo much better.

Or, after you cook it, put it in a pan and essentially pan-fry it. My rooommate did that last year, says it's something they (Russians) did. who knows. :)

I used to do that in college. Sautee some onions and peppers along with it and it was fairly good.
