Sticker for a Mazda. LOL.

Not sure what you mean by that. The Mazda 3 leads it's class. The Grand Touring is the top of the line of that lineup.

Getting a Pearl White on Black leather fully loaded with a 6 speed was next to impossible they just aren't out there.

I paid INVOICE, not STICKER (MSRP). According to your KBB/Edmunds as the holy grail, I was a little lower then their 'true market values' so I was fine with it.

You still haven't answered what beater you drive.

Since you were so concerned about my misspelling of Honda's minivan, I should point out that "it's" is a contraction of "it is". "Its" is the word you're looking for, which denotes possession. The statement "The Mazda 3 leads it is class" makes no sense.

Today's invoice is yesteryear's sticker. Sucker.

That's because I don't answer to you chump ;)

House is handled. Mortgage company has made it easy by not applying my payments properly and racking up false past due fees. I have an attorney on retainer.

My home would never be my 'retirement', my 401k, IRA and other accounts are my retirement.

You originally said I didn't mention my glove box, now your are backpedaling. I could have said I have a BMW E46, but I am usually not ambiguous.

Please provide the retainer letter, redacted of course. I have a *very* hard time believing that a bank would mis-apply such a significant amount of money on a mortgage.

As far as your car. Who really gives a fuck? If you want to define who you are by a 6 year old BMW and an overprice umbrella while trying to put people down on here, you're truly a pathetic pile. Those who have "it" don't need to brag on an internet board.

I work with people who drive Maseratis, Aston Martins, Porsches..etc, yet they don't go around the internets trying to act like a BSD. Meanwhile, I am not embarrassed to drive around in my Honda, nor will I be so when I go and buy an Odyssey. Sedans + 2 kids doesn't work. I hate SUVs.

In reality, you're probably some lonely shell of a person whose only avenue is to brag on the intarwebs about how badass you are with your 6 year old old-ass overpriced car. It's quite pathetic, but do enjoy the flipped house. That's one thing I avoided also but your massive IQ didn't.

Ohh, and as far as a long-term loan on a minivan, it's a smart business decision. Honda is subventing their vehicle financing to hell, giving way below securitization market financing rates to borrowers, even on the long-end of the maturity curve. A 7 year loan is likely 1.9% with decent credit. You'd be an idiot not to take that money (I took a 5). Hell, I put the min down to avoid gap insurance, it wasn't even much when I bought.

This is getting pretty ridiculous.

I had the last post in the thread that even remotely pertained to the original post.

Can this either get back on topic or locked?

My point exactly. If you want the status to be recognized by all classes, go with burberry. If you want your status recognized by only those of equal or higher status, go davek. Ultimately its up to you, but given that you were earlier thinking about a rolex for your wife, I think burberry would suit you better.

Citi originally tried to put me into a HAMP program on their own. I never agreed or signed any papers. Once they did that my payments were going to some other account. For over 2 years I was trying to get it sorted out. I even talked to their President. They month everything was supposed to be fixed they sold my loan to another servicer.

When they got the loan they immediately contacted me about 3 years of no payments basically. I told them it was a clerical issue, sent proof of my payments and all that.

It's been another 2 years and only in January did they locate where my payments 'went'. They still have not been applied to my mortgage though.

As far as retainer letter I am working with Gary Pickins and Joseph Lents. Both top of their game in this business.

First I am never bragging. I put others down because they choose to attack me when they are burdens on our society. It's truly sad.

Many people aren't really active on forums to begin with so that's part of it..

Nice you work with folks with nice cars, so do I :)...one of my best friends in high school who actually lived with us a year to stay in the district had between 1986 and 1989, a 85.5 Supra, 86 930 Turbo, a Countach, a 328, a cutlass supreme (go figure), a Ninja 600, and a few other cars. Shit the tools here would lose their mind if he posted at 16 about his brand new 930 Turbo.

I bought in late 2007...hardly looking to flip and by all accounts values had supposedly leveled out.

What really killed my value (it's dropped below even 2000 value) is they opened up Section 8 and set up asylum for the Haitian refugees they gave citizenship too. We had absolutely no crime save teens breaking in to usually another teens car. Burgularies were unheard of.

Now we have a burglary almost weekly, in 2 years we have had over 4 murders, and helicopters are constantly flying over at night. It's like a war zone. Fortunately my block is 'ok' but go 2 blocks any direction it's like you entered a third world country.

No, it's ONLY cosmetics with the interior. Don't bullshit a previous owner, "brah".

Steering wheel is different, gauges are different, shifter is different, seats and door panels are different. Headliner is different.

It's a bit more than just cosmetics...you are a fool if you think your 318 was anything like an M3.

No $80k of payments. Basically they are saying I owe $100k more than I started with still. My original principal was $256k.

On paper it's like $350k owed.

You can't just transfer your mortgage.

I was looking for an umbrella for a daily bag carry and one that would fit in the glove box of my M3. You 'tards turned it into something monetary.

I am not insecure at all, I have no problem answering any question asked of me and providing proof if doubted.

Unlike you I don't hide behind the anonymity of the internet.

My wife is fine. Still trying to save the world one kitten at a time.

Is that so Chris? Well, in that case, how are you and your furbabies? I'm surprised that for a baller you don't have a pool in your backyard. Besides the fact that it's Florida, all your neighbors do. Say hi to Hiroe for all of us!

He doesn't care. he told me to ignore the thread because it no longer was about umbrella discussion.

Fuck if I care, ain't my wet ass sitting on leather seats, and ain't my chicks hair getting frizzed because I couldn't decide on an umbrella. Got myself a nice collapsible umbrella from walgreens. Had it for the past 6 years, same length of time I have had my 06 Jetta. When I get rid of the car, I'll probably keep the umbrella though, so that shows you something about this umbrella.

The large golf umbrellas are great. Easy to find nice ones cheap.

I need an umbrella that will fit in my glove box and one that will fit in my back pack.

I am tried of them breaking or like the $30 one I have now, missing a rivet prior to even using it once.

Face it, not everyone gets to be the astronaut.

*DING* your fries need to be pulled. chop chop.
