Um. Don't know if it's intentional as a collection really, but I've kept every movie stub since I graduated high school.

I own about 350 DVD's so I guess that's a collection.
I definately enjoy collecting melee weapons. I own several swords and a mace. I want a rapier and a war maul next, and maybe a naginata.
I collect a miniatures game as well that I also play.
And I guess I'm collecting tattoos onto my body.

1.) Vinyl LPs - 3000+
2.) Older records (inherited a "mint" Victrola + a couple hundred records)
3.) Certain coins - again inherited - complete Indian head penny set, compete Mercury dime set, complete Buffalo nickel set, quite a few gold coins)
4.) Rookwood pottery
5.) Yellow Kid and Buster Brown comics and anything related (I am a direct descendant of Richard F. Outcalt, considered the "father" of the comic strip).

My wife and I just started collecting art pottery. We decided that instead of buying gifts that just break or are thrown away we'll give something that will last and probably go up in price. Plus, we love it.

My father has a rather large collection of some really rare pieces. He has about 8 large curio cases full.

I collect guns, old computer parts (not because I'm into old computers but because I never seem to get rid of old hardware when I upgrade), I also collect bicycles and bike parts, surfboards and my latest hobby is motorcycles...I only have one of those though and they take up substantially more room than any of my other hobbies so I'm not sure how the wife will take to me having more than one motorcycle. :D

I guess if you wanted to be accurate you could just say that I collect hobbies.

I heard that the need to collect is actually an illness.

Anyways, I have ~2500 vinyl Lps (hiphop, 70's soul, funk & jazz; downtempo & electronic).

Got some comics & baseball cards in the attic.

Art glass, art deco furniture. Fiesta ware, and Homer Laughlin China. American Brilliant Cut Glass. As with anything that is collected, know what you are buying, and do your homework.

Vinyl (Records) - Somewhere in the 2,000-2,200 range. I'm not going to count them.
CD's - A little over 5,000 probably, haven't counted in a year and haven't ripped them all yet.
Disney Laserdiscs - I buy record frames for them for my daughters room and they will go in the home theater when she grows out of them.
Elmo toys - Not because I want to... :)
I got out of vintage gaming (see my FS thread for the remains) but I'm keeping a few things (Vectrex, other rare stuff).
Anything that plugs in or uses batteries. I'm a techcollector.

Don't know if you've heard, but someone has resurrected the Rookwood company. Thankfully it's still in Cincinnati too.

Real Wedgewood is also nice but there is another company that plays off the name (Wedgwood).
