This article is sourced from a hardcore right-wing site. You know, the sort that tries to paint the entire left as evil and deep throats Trump 24 hours a day. I would be highly skeptical of at least its spin on the story, and maybe even the basic facts. These are the same forces who released a fake video making it look like Antifa was beating a police officer, for example.

And here's a hint: whatever violence Antifa commits pales in comparison to what the 'alt-right' (read: racists) does. Oh no, Antifa burned a flag and replaced it! Meanwhile, racists in Charlottesville killed a protester with a car (and celebrated it online), and beat up numerous peaceful protesters. I'm not condoning violence by Antifa, but do you know what's a lot scarier than them? Neo-Nazis who want non-whites dead or exiled. Cowards like you enable them by deflecting and creating false equivalencies.

That is because socialist, anarchist, and communists are not evil. Two of these are economic philosophies (one of which is the one we basically use in the US) and the third is a anti-government philosophy. The Nazi and White Nationalist movements that Antifa opposites on the other hand directly advocates the killing of the majority of all of humanity. That I think we can safely label that as evil.

There's no excuse for that guy who ran over and killed the lady at the protest. However, antifa has no problem mixing it up and getting violent. There's plenty of video evidence of that. If you think that Antifa just sits around peacefully until they see a violent act, and that their violence after that is entirely in response, you're quite mistaken. Even Chris Matthews acknowledged that.
