As far as whether the behavior is wrong at all because of biologic drive for sex, consider that other men in this country typically do not have a problem suppressing these drives enough to avoid repeated career, relationship, and legal consequences from acting on their drives. As far as whether that's a "mental problem", I imagine that each one of us has done a handful of things already today that we think we shouldn't and "know better". If our choices are not mental, what are they? But defining the line between normal and pathology -- well that's an interesting thought. Personally, I define it by whomever walks in my door.
