Don't get me wrong, I'm just saying that it's stupid to have a city with such high risk of total devestation. It needs to be secured or left, otherwise it's going to take us some obsene amount of cash and time to fix it later, and that won't make up for all the lives ruined.Originally posted by: shimsham
