It's obvious you have a disability as you continue to try to make a justification that isn't there. Do you have an actual point? I stated that I made a comment out of anger as an innocent person died. Move on dude.
 
wow why wasn't what tcsenter mentioned in this article too? If they went back at them looking to escalate then they are also in the wrong here. Use some common sense to know when something is not worth your while...
 
Too bad the either of the victims did not have a concealed carry weapon permit... "I was fearing for my life" which he would have, two young guys attacking one.
 
Oakland sucks. Not surprised. CA would be a better place without Oakland, Fresno, and LA. Now for the guys who did this, execute 'em.
 
I've lived in these types of areas as a kid. Random people will get assaulted and beaten by gangs for no reason at all.

They are no different from serial killers who murder for the thrill.

These wannabe heroes tried to confront two thugs who had just assaulted them but left them alive and walked away. At that point, they put themselves in harms way of their own free will.

It changes the nature of what happened. They weren't "victims" at that point. They were participants, who happened to lose the confrontation.

So if you're walking down the street with your kids and someone kicks your kid in the face you have no right to confront them? I guess by confronting them I am then a willing participant and can then be beaten to death in the street. Not the sharpest tool in the shed are we?

Your right. We should just walk away whenever we are kicked in the nuts. Maybe we should just hand over our wallets too. Just to make sure we aren't willing participants.

Just because traffic fails to yield the right of way everyone should cross the street because it's the right thing to do.

I take it you've never been to Oakland. It's a shithole. I only go to Oakland if I have to, and I used to work there so I know quite a bit about Oakland.

The guy was pissed off and I'm sure he had something to say about it. I'd be pissed to if my son just got beat down in the streets cause some thugs felt like it. He was 100% within his rights to say something. Him confronting those low lifes did not give them justification to beat him to death. It's murder. It's pathetic I even have to explain this to a grown ass man.
 
I didn't realize that guy died. I knew he was in intensive care. Lock these 2 guys up for life. It's too late for the guy that died, but it's obvious these 2 are going to continue to commit more crimes if left in society. They've already mugged or beat an old black guy and tried to rob a 31 year old white guy. Now they got an asian for good measure.

Well in the same situation you'd be dead and I'd be watching TV after I called the cops.
