See if the father had a gun, those thugs would have been the ones that died.
They were in California. California does not allow its citizens to defend themselves outside of their home.

The guy was pissed off and I'm sure he had something to say about it. I'd be pissed to if my son just got beat down in the streets cause some thugs felt like it. He was 100% within his rights to say something. Him confronting those low lifes did not give them justification to beat him to death. It's murder. It's pathetic I even have to explain this to a grown ass man.
This is a result of black oppression. Affirmative action HAS solveD NOTHING.
"Confront" them about what? How would that conversation go?
"Hey, what the hell did you do that for?"
"Because I can."
"Oh, OK. Thanks. Just wondering."
Someone assaults your son, you call the police.
Exactly, which is why its not murder. Both parties choosing to participate = mutual participants. Good job proving my point. You know, that whole choice thing you are championing works both ways.

Wait, how about this....you flip me the bird so I blow up your entire neighborhood, killing everyone on the entire block? Hey no problem, Mutual Participants, right? If you come up to me and tell me off, and I get annoyed, so I shoot your fucking brains out. Hey, no problem - Mutual participants right?
Good job being a fucking retard.

Congratulations on your epic analogy fail championship win.
Again, the law and the justice system treats crimes differently depending on whether the participants had a choice to be involved in the confrontation or not, whether they had an opportunity to safely avoid it or not.Unless you're going up against someone Fight Club style, there is no such thing as "Mutual Participants". Confronting someone and being assaulted back is two separate things, retard.
no use in arguing with mjinz. he's going to pull the race card and claim that you're dumb and don't know the definition of racism.
