Sorry, can you point me to the part in your post where it says the Israelis not only occupy and repress Palestinians, and are continuing to take their land and build more settlements, but also that they violated a cease-fire agreement to bomb a Hamas leader - one who had by the way been helping Israel to restrict rockets being a threat to Israel?

And to the part that mentions that Israel has been killing civilians in 'collateral damage' attacks - and reports now they've bombed the media and the Hamas leader's building?

Most Palestinians may want peace; if so; then why is Hamas stil a viable militant organization for the Palestinians. All they are doing is giving ISrael an motive for not going forward with an attempt at peace in the region.

Hamas/Palestine is a proxy of the Arab world, nobody can destroy it and get away with it. If Israel comes close to realizing that their destruction is inevitable, the earth will become inhabitable for centuries to come. So lets hope, what you just mentioned, never happens.

Wouldn't they have had their own state, along with Israel? I realize it might not have been EXACTLY what they wanted, but it seems like it would be better than what they have now.

Christians and Jews were there first.
