It's all that matters. 😉

No it isn't... California as usual is the exception.
United States
California has no laws explicitly prohibiting lane splitting, and is the only U.S. state for which official statements state that lane splitting, when done safely, is legal.
California is not the only state for which there is no traffic law that explicitly prohibits lane splitting, but officials rely on other laws to regularly interpret lane splitting as unlawful. For example, New Mexico does not address lane splitting by name, but has language requiring turn signals be used continuously for at least 100 ft (30 m) before changing lanes, as well as other codes which may be cited by an officer. Many other states have identical codes, derived from the Uniform Vehicle Code.

Now I don't know what happened before and why the biker kicked the SUV but I can tell you that if you kicked my car out of the blue, prepare to suffer the consequences. This biker could have been killed yet he would not back off.
From this video alone I think both drivers were WAY out of line and could serve some jail time.
Let's see, vandalism vs. assault with a deadly weapon.....
I'm with the biker
bitch be crazy
think the woman driver crowded the biker's space. there was plenty of space on the lane space for the woman driver to work with on the right, so I think she was the instigator or just a bad driver.
think the biker should have just went with an angry verbal assault instead of kicking the woman's vehicle but her reaction was by far worse
I know that this was an incident involving a "motor" bike, but I still subscribe to:

😉
Look at the beginning of the video. She didn't just "crowd" him. She tried to block him and/or nudge him *before* he did anything else.
Where are these bikers going that they need to lane split to get there on time?
They need to utilize their time more wisely if they want to get to their AA meetings/child abuse rallies on time.
well, both people were stupid and started it.
the woman for cutting the biker off, and the biker for kicking her vehicle.
but after that - the woman definitely goes overboard. and i dont know if you'd be able to use self defense to avoid vehicular mansalughter or attempted murder.
Looks like the biker was squirting between two legal lanes on the road.
Look at the very first few frames of the video. The SUV was in the proper lane and the bike started up between the two lanes and cars. Bike is totally wrong.

Jesus christ have you ever even left the country? The world is not encompassed completely within the borders of the US. There is ANOTHER continent named S-O-U-T-H A-M-E-R-I-C-A and in that continent is another country named Brazil! 😱
wtf does that have to do with what he posted? Have you even read the thread?
i can play your game too. so let's see, you probably went to mexico on spring break or maybe went canada and consider yourself a world traveler now?
