Anyone who doesn't have Beautiful Widgets... what's wrong with you? Get it now for 10c.
1.) Nothing. I'm just a cheap Android user I guess.
2.) Done.
Lothar's Day 2 App review: Should add that this is not really a "review" BTW. This is just the stuff I have going on in my head. I haven't opened any of the apps yet and probably wont for almost a week, if ever at all.
Summary/Cliffs: There are either a lot of crap apps today, things I don't intend to use, or probably will never use.
Fruit Ninja: I've been wanting to get this for some time for free on Amazon. I wasn't sure if they did this already since I only started at the end of Sept when I got my phone. I certainly wouldn't have paid for it. A lot of these games are novelty value. They are useful if you're at an airport or on a flight...That's it. When I'm home, I do the "real" games on my PC/old console. Bought it.
BB - Bedtime Battle: Not married and don't have a kid, but I bought this anyway. Future proofing, but I have no use for it now and probably won't for 4 years. Bought it and uninstalled immediately.
AirSync by doubleTwist: Don't have an Apple device, so no need for it. I bought it anyway in case someone wants to sync their own Apple device to my phone. Bought it and uninstalled immediately.
Flick Golf!: See review on Fruit Ninja about smartphone games being novelty value. Probably might never play it, or only open it once a year. Bought it.
Star Chart: Geek feature. No need for it. I bought it anyway in case I want to show off.
Reckless Racing: See review on Fruit Ninja about smartphone games being novelty value. Probably might never play it, or only open it once a year. Probably might never play it, or only open it once a year. Bought it.
Reckless Racing PLAY: See review on Fruit Ninja about smartphone games being novelty value. Wasn't sure what the difference between this one and the previous one. I later looked closer and I saw "HD" in the description. I became almost pissed that I had wasted $0.10 on the previous app and wanted to do my 1st Android Market refund ever(15 mins window hadn't passed yet). When I saw both "high performance device required" and "* Xperia PLAY optimized *", I wasn't sure what to think...I also wanted something that could work on a crap phone If I so desire to get one. I changed my mind and decided not to initiate a refund for the previous app. Probably might never play it, or only open it once a year. Bought it.
Christmas HD: I'm a Christmas guy but not a "live" wallpaper guy. I don't do live wallpapers. Since it's the season and I'm in the mood, I bought it. Rest assured though, if this was an app that cost more than that $0.10, I wouldn't have bought it regardless of whether "it's the season and I'm in the mood" or not.
NFL Rivals: Pay for a sports app? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I wouldn't even install one for free. Unless if it's Olympics or FIFA related and free, I don't care about sports. I don't care if it's the real thing telling sports news or a fantasy game version. Skipped it. Once again, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Beautiful Widgets: Never tried this, but it was always on my radar. I was waiting for it to come on Amazon App store for free. Has this one been before? Has Amazon ever repeated the same app since they started doing the free apps thing in March? Bought it.
Read It Later Pro: Not sure what to think of this or whether I'll ever use it, but the name sounded appealing. Bought it
How many of the apps I bought yesterday did I open? Zero.
This could turnout to become another STEAM sales addiction. I've had a backlog of games on STEAM for 2 years even though I haven't bought anything new in a while.
Sidenote:
Google needs to have a way of allowing you to purchase without installing. Many things I bought with no intention of installing them.
