You can find the dock/icons here http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/8/1156901/Dreamlyfe.zip

Launcherpro with the dreamlyfe dock from above and the battstatt/tajm/switchpro widgets.

You can get the background from here http://androidforums.com/1465408-post508.html

Gotta love these transparent widgets/icons, they work with any background.

What power control widget is that? I want it bad!

Think it's SwitchPro.

Thanks

This is what I ended up with, pretty much the polar opposite of what I had before which I was completely happy with.

If I could get battstatt to be completely transparent I would be happier

Try checking and checking the option. No reason why you can't make it transparent.

menu > preferences/options > scroll down to the very bottom. I don't have it installed right now so I'm going off memory. I'm 99% certain its a main option but down at the bottom

btw, XDA has a lot of crazy folks:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=527

Check out the home screen thread. Some people change their homescreens every 24 hrs or something... It's too much work for me, but there are some nice dock icons you can get. It's similar to what Boomhower has.

I change something at least every 24 hours. If not background, then maybe theme. If not theme, maybe screen layout. I get bored very easy. Changing your background every 24 isn't that crazy. There are even apps that do it for you.

Matter of fact...there is a LWP that has pictures of storms. I think I'm going to fire that up now!

sorry

menu > pref's > appearance > dock > custom

Oh and just toss the dock background files into a folder on your SD, cause LP fires up the Gallery to choose the background, so you need the actual .png/jpg/whatever

I just decided to start messing with my Moto Droid tonight, I have a simple but stupid question that has me stumped. I downloaded both the time and the battery widget, but I can't get them to show on the same line. If I drag the battery to the right corner it defaults to the middle. If I try to put the time one on the same line as the battery it drops it down. I know this is something super basic but I can't get the shit. I bought Launcherpro Plus, I don't see any option for this in the settings. If there's another app I need to buy/download what it is?

your screens are setup in a 4x4 grid. Chances are that your battery widget is 4x1 so there's no room left on that row. There is an option for a 5 column setup but that makes everything look funky

i run 5 columns and rows, if you use ADW it allows you to stretch widgets to 5 columns, looks fine, see pic in sig

I'm extremely picky about my phone. So when I say it looks funky, it might just be me being overly picky.

Back on topic, it sounds like you just ran out of room Q

This is so hard to get it perfectly. Ok so with launcher pro, is it supposed to look pretty small on the actual screen? and how about the second button to the left? I dont know why but that one doesnt work.
