I wouldn't be so quick to call shens on it. Lets say over the course of the past 20 years in which he has gone without sleep, how many billions of poeple has there been on the planet? What, 10 billion maybe - 6 billion now then add in a few billion for those that have died over the past 20 years.
Anyhow, one person out of many billion of people is a pretty small statistical number. Therefore since those odds are so small it very well could be possibly that this guy has a genetic mutation in which he does not require sleep.
Do you all think there is no way at all that there is 1:10,000,000,000 chance that somebody may 'evolve' where they do not need sleep?
Hell this very well could be a real human example of evolution at work.
Or it could be fake.
I doubt it, if it was really evolution chances are he would have never needed sleep even as a kid
Not necessarily. In fact it makes perfect sense that such a person would require a normal amount of sleep as a child and through adolescence. The way your organs secrete organs changes as you age. Certain glands secrete more or less at different times of your life. Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that perhaps at a certain age when the endocrine system naturally changes, that there was some other mutation and the combination of the two - change in hormone levels coupled with a mutation - caused a person to not require sleep like a 'normal' person.
Hell I have a B.S. in Biology and I think it is possible that out of billions and billions of people that one person may be a statistical anamoly and able to function without sleep.
That being said, it is hard to take it seriously when it is not found on any other news site.
