With of all the enthusiasts with extreme systems on this forum Its strange that so few people have participated in this benchmarking extravaganza.

Most disappointing:(

Well, it's sorta like asking an anime enthusiast to compete with:

I'm often confused by Anime related posts on this forum. The above post is no exception. I guess I'll never get it.

lol replace the anime on the screen with benchmarks and maybe he will get it. << edit.. I guess it made more scene before I wrote it but now after reading it idk...

in fact I am kinda having a hard time understanding the anime post aswell

I have been big fan of anime since the early 90s but Ive found the dinner and character birth day celebrations a bit strange.

It looks like the anime posts are showing someone acting like they are having dinner with their favorite anime character. It looks like the characters are sitting at a dinner table in the image and the person has food sitting on a real table. At first I was like WTF is that?! But I thought and then I guessed and then thought again and then it became crystal clear.

And the anime characters ride around in Hummers. It all makes perfect sense now.

Let's do this benchmark for the lulz.

Notes:
1. Score will vary depending on the browser you're using.
2. Macs with Safari seems to be getting the highest scores. cheater
3. Seems to be well threaded but core utilization will not exceed 50%.

My run, Core i5 3570K @ 4.7GHz with Firefox. :(

As for the actual competition maybe we should split it up a little since the fastest system at one benchmark (i.e. cinebench) might not be the fastest in another. Cinebench is obviously always going to be won by a 6 core sandy over a highly clocked ivy or something.

No clue what is good and what it not good, but I got 491 crabs also with Firefox. My other scores were good, but no where good enough to compete with some of the horsepower in this thread.

This benchmark would also depends on what your zoom level is in Firefox. because FF scales flash.

I got 483 crabs @ 100% zoom

661 crabs at minimum zoom

Won't win, but here's my contribution.

... of course after doing all this I discovered my GPU overclocks weren't set so had to rerun the graphics benchmarks...
