I was there for the impromptu "fill up the server night". I thought I was finally getting the hang of this game, but boy there are a few ATers that are WAAAAY better than me.
 
Unfortunately I missed out on Saturday night, but it seems the turnout was a little bit lower than last time.

What are everyone's thoughts? Was the password a good/bad idea? How does the time work for everyone? Any other input/questions/concerns?

what's up with the new map? How am i supposed to download it? I thought it would download automatically, but no server lets me play it without the map preinstalled. All steam has is a link to their free game week end.

It downloads automatically, but if the server hasn't updated, you can't play.

Fantastic map by the way, I love it. Was able to get about a dozen of the new accomplishments tonight as well. :thumbsup:

Aye, goldrush is a very fun map and the payload mode is awesome. I wonder when they'll make more maps for it? In any case, good times on the AT server, for sure.
 
By the way, with the free weekend we should have a whole bunch of people joining our TF2 server this weekend! Now people really have no excuse 😛

Nah, people just need to suck it up. I actually enjoy playing customs, but for some reason a lot of people don't, not sure why since there are some pretty great ones out there. 😕

I couldn't make it for Saturday, mainly because it is a very busy time of the year with yard work and whatnot. After 8 hours outside I just showered and lied down.
