RTV was sort of spotty. It kept saying it was not available. I was on the server by myself for a few minutes before others got there and I was able to RTV, but once others were on, it wouldn't allow us. 😕

I don't think we played any sudden death maps while the group was there.

Overall was good though. 🙂

OMG I'm rediculously excited I just found this thread here. TFC was the first clan\league game I played. I finally got Orange Box and quickly fell back in love with Team Fortress. I'll be there Saturday night fo sho! This is going to rock, thanks guys!

Well.. Newegg is out of stock on the memory I RMA'd, so they're refunding me my money..🙁 Luckily, I ordered 2x2GB of some G.Skill RAM along with Vista on Sunday, so I should have that when I get home tonight 😀

All in all, the memory not being in stock saves me from trying to sell it, and I don't lose anything on resale.
 
I just got team fortress2 a few weeks back for my b-day! The sad thing is that I have only played it a few times. So, I pretty much have NO skills with this game. I'm not even familar with any map layouts yet. Once I break away from playing UT3, I'll have to learn TF2, so I can skool you mofos! 😉

Meh...I can do some quick adjusting when I get home this evening, and get that issue resolved. Sorry about that fellas.

Did you guys give any custom maps a whirl?

We played Aqua for a bit, which I thought was pretty cool, but a bunch of people were annoyed becasue they didn't know where to go. I think with more time on the customs people will start to enjoy some of them since you do have most of the good ones on there. If you ever want to add more, Carpo is one I really enjoy.

Another question, was it popping up random votemaps with 4min or so of timeleft? That's what I had it set to, but haven't had a chance to test the server since I've made many of the changes I made the other night.

Yes it was popping up with that; can't say whether it was a good orbad thing though really. Hopefully you can make it on the server Saturday to test things out. I most likely will not be able to make it Saturday, but I was thinking of hopping on Friday to just to fiddle around again and see what all of the different customs are all about.

I can't recall exactly. I'm pretty sure it was random though because I remember there not being many original maps in the first vote, but then a couple appeared in subsequent votes.

I have been playing for 2 weeks and I still have NO skill. I absolutely suck. But Keith and Jshmuch are cool and let me hang.....😀 And I still don't know half the maps. But is it sure alot of fun (even getting owned as much as I do).

I'm pretty terrible and I really only know Warpath and Badlands. When I play on other servers I do fairly well, but on the AT server I get destroyed 🙁

I don't think I'll be on tonight (just got Vista loaded and I'm still updating), but definitely tomorrow
 
Aqua was a tight map, very focused, no filler basically. It only sucked because with so few people a single push was usually enough to win the round. I'd definitely like to see it with the server filled out.
 
I'd love to play with you guys but my graphics card is currently dead. I'll be heading home to build my new PC in 2 weeks or so and if you are still playing I would gladly join.
 
I'll be there guys, I'm new to the forums but I've been looking to find a fun group of people to play with.

I've been trying to get better in the few days I've had this game but lack of time and knowledge means I still suck lol. Hopefully I'll see you guys tomorrow night.
