Mandatory arms and weaponry for every citizen to protect our borders from foreigners and Communists.

I think you're refering to the Second Amendment:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Nope. That only provides for a government controlled military to suppress dissent. I'm talking about the armed citizenry whose task is to ensure the general welfare of the State by keeping it pure from outside influences like foreign religion, Communism and French culture.

Funny.

Here's the legal definition of the militia as set forth in the United States Code:

Section 311 of US Code Title 10, entitled, "Militia: composition and classes" in its entirety:
"(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are —
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia."

Don't try to peddle your two-bit ten dollar words here. As if the United States GOVERNMENT would ever openly acknowledge the fact that they use the military as a means of controlling its citizenry. The idea is laughable and the fact that you would actually use the government's own lies as a basis of argument puts you at the very best an extremely naive sheep.
