I've had a lot of rentals but none of them ever had utilities included...other than maybe cable.

only monthly bill i pay outside of my rent is for internet.

cable, gas, water, electricity, plus we have a pool, trash, garage parking, is all included heh.

Wow Al Gore needs to pay a nighttime visit some of you people. $75, including a machine doing bitcoin mining, and 3 computers running 12-24 hours a day.

Did not get mine yet but I'm sure it's going to be close to $200 since I've been using the AC quite a lot, it's even super hot up here in Canada. I want to get central AC eventually though, so I'm not overrunning the little 1 ton unit I have now. That one will probably go in the server room when I build it.

$112.50
1384 sq.ft., 77F and using a 7-day programmable thermostat so I won't forget to turn it off when going to work.

$135.00. I live in a hot climate and unlike some areas of the country where it's 90s during the day and cools off at night, it's pretty much hot here 24 hours a day.

Replaced my 23 year old heat pump in December. Power bills dropped from about $175 to $125 per month here in Florida.

Not bad ...

[FONT=verdana, arial, helvetica][SIZE=-1]It's been pretty damn hot here (most days are in the 90s, rest are 100+) so mine has been quite high.

$88.

Usual is $44. Last year highest bill was ~$52. Been a pussy this year, hasn't even been that hot in SoCal.

That must really suck. Being hot all the time is just as bad as being cold all the time, except heating things up is a lot easier than cooling things down (12A of heating costs $25 at Walmart, but a good 12A cooler might be $300 and requires ventilation).

260 up from maybe 170 on avg.

hottest july in IL since about 1931

plus I was renovating so extra lights on an AC cranked up ALOT

and garage door open a ton

and I was mining bitcoins

$180, I do average billing. Before it went from $80 in the spring and fall to over $300 in the summer and winter. I much prefer consistency.

i should be close to 400, avg is 120 or so
but we've had the a/c on 24/7 pretty much the last 30 days LOL

Gotta keep the zombies at bay.

Biggest fear is zombie hurricanes. The windows can keep either one out normally, but combined, not so sure. That and my ATOT drugged-out comic relief fan club - don't need him sniffing around the house, though pics of great dane chasing him down the street would make for an epic ATOT thread.
