Benchmark. Two systems, both running E5-2683 v3 Xeons @ 100% load running WCG (distributed computing) and both running F@H using 2 video cards. One with a Corsair H100i @ 47c max on all 14 cores. One running the 612 v2@ 53c all 14 cores.
Edit: my results are at default (as in very quiet) fan speeds.
Edit2: the Thermalright true spit 140 was given the nod at less than $50, but on newegg, its $55 and the 612 v2 is $38
