Although my 3930k rig is still performing perfectly well, I've been resisting the upgrade itch for years now and so have pre-ordered the following, if the reviews are bad I can always return withing 14 days
CPU:1800X
MB: Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 3200 4 x 8GB
GPU: Zotac 980TI Amp Extreme (Recycled from current build)
Storage: Samsung 960 Pro M.2 SSD 1TB
Storage 2: Samsung 840 Pro SSD 512GB (Recycled from current build)
PSU: AX1200 (Recycled from current build)
Case: Thermaltake Core X9
Cooling: Alphacool 480 UT Water cooling
Not sure what to do with the 3930k Rig parts that remain. I'd sell them but after about 6 years of loyal service it feels like a betrayal to ditch it never mind the fact that I'd only get a fraction back of what I paid for the components. I'm tempted to buy a lower capacity PSU and minimal GPU to keep it as a home server to learn some SQL on.
