Then how come the best CPU's in the world have been consistently lagging in benchmarks for the last few years?

I have both AMD and Intel systems. They both run fine, but the AMD is certainly faster.

We can pretty much look at this and realize the extent that Intel has been misleading the world. Here is average joe, he thinks Intel processors are BEST IN THE WORLD!, how can Intel lose? Has this person ever seen the two go head to head? Likely not, otherwise he wouldn't have said this. He doesn't get a chance to see COMPETITION because his company is illegally blocking it. That's not what this great country is founded upon. I happen to love capitalism - when it works. For it to work, you need these anti-trust laws in place to block the Intels of the world.

The lawsuit doesn't claim that Intel is murdering anyone. It claims that Intel is using illegal business practices. Those practices are against the law. Because they're illegal. Do you get it yet? Can you understand?
