First benchmarks from new low end model AMD Carrizo-lite A4-7210 Mullins+ show that Carrizo-lite will have capability to take much of $200 to $400+ market, with better performance against other new Braswell/Cherrytrail. Geekbench3 test also show Carrizo-lite was only using single channel memory so other tests with dual channel will bring even greater performance benefits.
The first results also demonstrate that the introduction of a mobile x86 series that allows OEMs to have a single socket adopting two different SOCs targeting entire range from low end to high end is a profound development that will bring benefits to both the OEM and to consumer and ultimately to AMD.
