Why i have the feeling Carrizo-L is a re-brand of Beema/Mullins with a new socket ??

So it would be like renaming Atom X* to Broadwell-L? How confusing...

It is, though it has higher clockspeeds than Beema/Mullins. Architecturally it's the same thing. Just more Puma cores + GCN.

Don't expect a new cat core until Nolan.
