That's what keeps me awake. It's like I get almost anxiety that I'm not going to fall asleep. It's odd... I found a drug that works on the nights I need it, I use it a a couple times a week and am fine with that.

If you can get to sleep on your own it helps you sleep deeper and wake up feeling "ahhhh" refreshed. But thats if you can get to sleep on your own.

Seemed to work fairly well for me last night, but I'm only able to get ~5hr of sleep if I'm lucky on a week night. Been getting less than 3 every night this week and last week. Causes problems.

I'm not a big fan of medications though. Seems like they are way over used, at least, in the US. Every problem has a drug to address it. Some one gets a cough, most will run to Walmart for some cough syrup, some see a doctor for prescription meds for simple colds. We are way over medicated these days.

yeah, i know they're the same thing. that was why i said it. that was my point. i didn't misunderstand. benadryl was invented by accident. i may not have had the specifics right, but what i was told isn't different from the truth.

originally, the guy was trying to create an alternative to scopolamine (which was used as a sleep aid and was an active ingredient in sleep aids and relaxants). he discovered it was a better antihistamine and it got marketed as an antihistamine.

honestly, what's wrong with you people. do you really have nothing better to do with your lives than to be disgusting human beings? you always have something negative to say or some argument to start. you don't know anything about me or how i practice, yet you find it necessary to constantly talk trash. what the hell does it matter to you?

i consistently try being nice to some of you people in the hopes of avoiding confrontation and achieving a level of mutual respect, seeing how i don't know you and you don't know me and people are people. several times, i've tried extending olive branches to amused, yet he's still a complete shithead. i've offered condolences when his brother died, mainly because i felt sorry for him but also in the hopes that he'd stop being such a dick. i guess it was stupid of me to imagine how any of you people could be good people when met with kindness and non-confrontation.

I take Ambien CR only because I take Adderall XR during the day. Even if I physically tire myself my mind will not go to sleep at any decent hour without it. I can "sleep" but its a horrid half awake never dreaming non refreshing sleep without Ambien.

I was simply pointing out one more instance where you are showing your complete lack of scientific knowledge. No, you did NOT know that Benadryl is Diphenydramine. If you did, you wouldn't have said what you said. As always, you are changing your story and making up more bullshit to try to spin what you said and convince people that you know something which you don't.

Believe me I've tried. I take regular Ambien right now and only take half a pill now (about 5mg). Without some Ambien, I am wide awake..very tired..but wide awake..and nothing puts me to sleep. Not even a slow release bj. Drives my gf crazy sometimes but she's understanding.
