Right, but then you add curly fries, soda, and a shake.

I totalled that up for you at arbys.com; 1870 calories and 3350 grams of sodium.

It is beyond me how you nearly die of GI issues and this is how you treat your body.

Somebody quote me since Fatty McJesus has me on his butthurt ignore list

lol @ Fatty McJesus. This guy needs to get a life. His whole youtube reporting thing was enough to make me realize he needs to get a life.

So don't get those side items. I go to fast food fairly regularly, but I don't get fries or sodas, and its really not that bad.

Well yeah, of course, but OP has a lengthy history of medical issues yet constantly makes threads about fast food, so it's clear that it really is that bad in his particular case.

As a kid I loved getting Arby's at the mall, then they moved out and I haven't had it since. Personally I liked their sandwiches and the curly fries were definitely awesome.

chrons disease stopped me from eating fast food anymore. 6 years of hell.

its not that fast food directly hurts you, i think its more to do with not getting the proper nutrition and your body starts failing- and for some people like me that first failure is my intestines.

now i cook everything myself. a normal lunch costs me $2 or less, and a normal dinner 3-4$. i know if you just ate dollar menu items all the time you can get by on a similar budget, but the price your body pays is not even close to worth it.

so now im almost 30, i have a lean mean athletic body where most of my friends you can tell are fat now just by face pics...

Last time I had Arby's I had a mad case of mudbutt for the next 8-10 hours. Will never eat again.

you can insert pretty much any fast food name in there and get the same results. or really, most any restaurant cooks similarly too- its loaded with so much salt, sugar and grease that your body just says "nope, thats not food. next".

I do like Arbys but have to have coupon before I come in. Love their curly fries.

Same for KFC, expensive without coupons.
