I like their roast beef. I saw the recent commercial for their turkey sandwich and just checked the nutritional info on their site. The turkey has similar sodium levels to the roast beef which kind of surprised me. Probably will grab one on the way home anyway to see how good it is.

I tried the turkey sandwich when they had that special, last week or the week before. It was tasty, but small, considering the price. It was about the size of a regular hamburger bun. For $4+, I'd expect it to be larger.

I like them, lucky to have a couple in my area, I eat there once every 6-8 weeks I'd say.

Arby's is one of the only tolerable fast food places where I leave (even though I subsist almost entirely on fast food). The employees are pleasant and there are healthier choices that actually taste great.

That said, I don't always get the healthier choices.

I loved the roast chicken club. Now it's gone and there's the "Grand Turkey Club (tm)." It costs $0.30 more. :(

Still love jalapeno bites with the berry sauce (so...#$%^ing...good).

You live entirely on $5-9 crappy fast food meals and complain about $.30? Unless you dont have refrigeration, shopping is cheaper than that.

I like Arby's and eat it once in a while.
Only problem is that it comes sliding out my ass half an hour later.

thats why i dont eat fast food anymore. it all does that to me. well, culvers would be an exception- they have decent food.

i know so many people that do this. they buy their food hot and ready, no exceptions. cooking is not an option for them. they spend over $20 a day in fast foods.

Expensive?!

The Arby's near my area had 5 for $5 to 3 for $5 deals depending on the sammy... used to always get those deals before they closed down. :'(

now the closest one is 30 minutes away..

Used to get the 5 Beef and Cheddars for $6. My God that was a lot of food for one person.

that was a good deal. now it's like $7 just for a sammich.

anyone remember when arby's had the baked potatoes?

That saying that goes "It's like banging a fat chick. We all do it, we just don't tell anyone about it." was originally made about eating at Arbys.

Honestly, the roast beef and beef and cheddar sammiches are pretty awesome with horsey and arby sauce on them. They stopped making my favorite sammich - The Giant. It was huge with lettuce tomato and onion.

The food is pretty good, but way too expensive for what you get. I'll splurge if I'm in a hurry and get the large beef and cheddar covered in extra cheddar and arby/horsey sauce.

That's a messy sammich, but it's damn good.

I find it interesting how so many people call it "expensive" I've never once thought of it as more expensive than any other fast food place.

But then again, I don't usually eat fast food and I try to avoid Arby's at all cost.

$5 burger = average ATOTer's weekly allowance

I was actually looking for the bit where they worked out a contract for Puddy and Elaine's relationship, where Puddy was guaranteed at least 2 Arby's nights per month.

:D

man, I miss Arby's. :(

I think I only saw one episode of that Tick series.

 the mid-90s Saturday morning The Tick.

Yeah, love that one too. I even loved the comics. Such an awesome character.

I think it has something to do with management.

I know that nearly every Arby's I have been to, and frequented quite regularly, has been filthy disgusting...but the food was always great.

Hell, the nastiness of the place and the unwashed, "heavily-medicated" state of the employees was one of the things that always endeared Arby's to me. :\
