anyone find any proof this company has a right to be selling songs?
If not: why bother paying a dime if it's not going to the record companies or the artists? you're better off just downloading them yourself, instead of paying this company to rip off the industry.

I would imagine that allofmp3.com is illegal. By buying a song off of them you are essentially importing the song into the US. The songs violate US copyright laws and if you were to buy a cd of songs in Russia and bring it home they would confiscate it and possibly fine you for importing something illegal.
While you can hide the cd in your luggage and it may not be found, the internet leaves lots of footprints to tell the RIAA where you've been.
This is no more legal than downloading songs on a p2p client.

"I can confirm the legality of allofmp3.com
You can legally buy/download mp3-songs from this site if it does not breaks the law the national legislation of the country in which you will be during that moment.
Sorry for my english."
i'm still doubting the legality of this, as well as the fact that the US record companies and artists won't be seing a dime of money.

Personally, I would not give my credit card nor my money to anyone in Russia. It is way too dangerous. For me, its not that I feel that it is illegal, but its just giving them the money. I have heard horror stories about people's stolen identities because they bought from a seemingly legit website. They have no qualms about taking money from rich, foolish Americans. Before I put on my flame retardent suit however, I have been to Russia, and have seen shady deals there before.

Don't know what to tell you guys having balance problems. I've dumped $30 in so far in (2 x $10 though one time CC's and 1 x Paypal) and it's showed up immediately each time (knock on wood).
I am having problems with online encoding now though :| I've got about 50 songs waiting to encode and they're just sitting there :| Waiting...
