Teens should have chips in them to monitor most of their behaviour and protect them from themselves, and protect us from them.

Then your wife would have to be like that one teacher, get some hot lovin' from one of her 13 year old students if you two want a kid. Brilliant.

I'm imagining a scene like the one in Aliens. "50 meters, 30 meters, 10 meters... they're here. They're right on top of us! Where are they?!"

hahahahaha - how fitting the 'they're right on top of us'.
It seems like an overkill idea, plus, i'm relatively young, but 14+ but i haven't knocked up some chick. I don't see why my little soldier should suffer...

Also how you know the guys that say things like "I ALWAYS USED A CONDOM" or "I ALWAY HAD HER TESTED FIRST" are probably one the first serious g/f, have had maybe 2-3 lays, or still smacking it thinking Lindsey will give them a callback on their fan letter.

I know many times sex just happened, you tell each other it won't in the beginning and just 'play', but poke and hope.

I had two pregnancies, one my ex wife which naturally terminated around the 3rd month and another an ex-fiancee which may or may not have been mine (she forgot her pill all the time, but at the time we weren't sleeping together alot...and broke up after she just got an abortion at lunch one day).

It is responses like this that make me think the OP might be on to something here.

Income. Make $30000 to have 1 kid, $40000 2, etc etc. Of course it would depend on the cost of living in the area.

It's not simply a matter of rights, someday we are going to need to limit the planet's population.

Bullsh|t. Most rich people's kids are useless sacks of gimme-gimme spoiled turd. (Do you think Paris Hilton is a great contributing member of society that we couldn't live without?) Plus people lose their jobs and income isn't a constant factor even if it were adjusted for COL.

I didn't realize $30000 between 2 people constitutes being rich.

Classy, don't you mean it is racist. I would have thought that would be your response. You know the poor african americans being held back by the white man would not be able to attain the required status to get theirs reversed.

Wow don't you just luv me :p

Now my two questions to this is WTF does the speaker contribute. Not saying here, but in general when you have a formal speech done at city hall or an auditorium, it's by a person:

1) on welfare
2) with more than 3 kids
3) cannot find the 'time' despite no job to volunteer *anywhere*
4) drives a car worth $10k or more and possibly above the average of those in the audience.

Now the rich on the other hand may be pretensious, may be snobby (but is that a crime?), may over dress etc, but:

1) most belong to at least one 'cause' to which they donate both *time* and *money*.
2) many have the ability as celebrities to bring more to that cause and thus more time and money
3) many are not collecting from the government, but giving a much higher percentage of their incomes to it.

The one key thing I have seen is at all levels those that complain are usually the ones not helping.

I read an article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune that there is a thing called a Vaseclip that they put in your sac and it clips the tube really tight, not allowing sperm to pass. It got so much attention from the paper because it was 100% reversible. Just my 2 cents. As for myself, I voted "what the hell?" :)

Who said anything about rich?

Rich wasn't the right word, I wasn't really talking about rich people as much as I was talking about 'not poor' people. Do you actually think the average middle class kid is being raised properly any more? It seems like the number of threads just here complaining about them would indicate the general populace of at least here feels differently.

The point is...who is to say just because one person is rich that they 'deserve' children and some how are afforded that right? Plenty of rich kids are suck ass no nothings just like white trash kids. The only difference is they have better clothes and will probably have their parents throwing money at the problem. There's plenty of poor kids who are smart and useful members of society. Who's to say that a child born into a poor family has any less potential than one born into a rich one?

Most kids in general are useless sacks of gimme-gimme spoiled turds. I don't think any easy cut off like $30,000 is going to alleviate bad parenting. I think its an elitist way of sterilizing the lower class in the hopes that they'll all die off and we won't need to worry about them.

First of all, he is not an idiot ir stupid. If anything, he is guilt of ignorance:

Nitrus:

Realize that what you take away is the ability to prolong huamnity itself which is of great if not devine value to many. Hell, if we can own that which can destroy us ( cars, guns, airplanes), why should we convinced or perhaps forced to give that which can give life?

what about abstinence? a vasectomy doesn't protect you from STDs... I think if ur gonna have sex u should wear a condom at the least.... so many people say they don't even strap up... it's crazy.

Yes because it is obvious those that have "accidental" pregnancies were using something to protect them from STDs.
