Do you actually think the average middle class kid is being raised properly any more?
I'd say the average middle class kid is raised better than the average poor kid, yeah.

Plenty of rich kids are suck ass no nothings just like white trash kids.
And plenty of poor kids end up leeching off society on welfare or becoming criminals.

Who's to say that a child born into a poor family has any less potential than one born into a rich one?
There are plenty of statistics and surveys that show this. Schools in rich districts have been shown to provide a better education that schools in poorer districts.

I don't think any easy cut off like $30,000 is going to alleviate bad parenting
No, it won't. It'll prevent people who are unable to be parents to have to do so. I didn't realize that all poor people were good parents either.

Since the girls can still get preg from older men and insemination, wouldn't having the girls spayed be a more effective?

Wouldn't it be a much better idea for her to be on the pill and have sex with no worries that way. And really - HOW effective is the pill?

With the vasectomy you don't "shoot" anything out right? It's just like constant blanks?

Yeah and you no longer have to pee either. Perhaps a little research is in order there.

The pill is nearly 100% effective in theory, but due to forgetting them, medication contradictions and the like probably closer to 90% in use....if you are a good patient then no worries, if you are typical using a condom also gets you back to 100% pretty much.

And all girls 14+ should get a boob job. Then wouldn't it be a perfect world? Think about how stupid your statement is. I don't know about you, but I can control my dick without surgery. I guess you can't.
