theres been couple of lawsuits involving pharmacists that wouldnt sell emergency anticonception (morning after pills) to people because they thought it was a sin

I sort of like this idea, that is if it's 100% reversible. No more worries about getting your girl pregnant until you specifically want to start trying.

Sort of an opt-in system instead of opt-out. :p

The pharmacist was an employee at a company that sells the product. His refusal was --rightfully-- grounds for termination. If he doesn't want to be involved, he should work at a place that does not sell it.

You know, I think people never really need pain medication. You don't need it to survive. Just grit your teeth and take it. Oh, you have cancer? Well that sucks for you.

Jawohl, mein Führer!

Where is the concentation camp going to be located for nonconformists? Will the AT members have a private one? :)

AT members don't need to worry about this, they had no hope for sex in the first place.

LOL My mistake what was I thinking?

Are vasectomies even erm...reversable? As far as I know they're permanent, aren't they?

Don't forget that this won't reduce the chance of getting STDs very much, if anything at all.

of course, im married so i dont worry too much about that. but kids today get stds anyway, US spends alot imforming them, parents spend alot of time informing them. at least they wont concieve if they are irresponsible.

Vasectomy's are VERY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to reverse (we're talking a good $10K that isn't covered by insurance), and has a good chance of not working. Stupid stupid stupid idea.

You are mistaken.

I'd actually heard the rates are closer to 50% or something.

Why don't we have all girls tubes tied instead? Because those aren't reverable?

You idea would make more sense if you suggested mandatory usage of that male birth control pill thats being worked on right now. I'd imagine not having to have surgery would make reversal much easier/more successful.

uhh emergency anticonception is prescription only and the girl DID HAVE A PRESCRIPTION.

If the guy can't get past doing that, he should resign. Much like the judge in missouri or where ever they had that 10 commandments thing. I give the guy props for standing up for his beliefs, but as you are doing so the correct course of action would be toresign because the orders from your superior goagainst your beliefs.
