hmmm I am a size 35 right now. My abs have always protruded a bit, and right now I have a tear in them I am working through.

Post up your pics.

Post pics? LOL, for what? For you to immediately say something negative? Heaven forbid you actually compliment someone.

I could post my credit score, six pack abs, pics of my setup at work(50 yards from a bass stocked pond where I'm allowed to go outside and fish with my pole that I keep inside my cubicle), how great I am at wakeboarding, playing the guitar, etc. All of this and you would still write up a post knocking me. Grow up.

Bull.fucking.shit.

lol, ok...I was a size 40 when I started (tight)...that was 12 weeks ago. I am down 32 scale pounds.

I am a big guy, on camera without a major tan I don't look as in shape as I am. I am not sure how I can prove this to you...size 34 Levi's are a bit too tight and size 36 are a bit loose.

stay mad bro. Post up your pics so I can laugh hysterically.

5'9" and a 35" waist is pretty big. Should be more in the 29-32 range.

At 29 I am too thin. I'd have veins all over my abs/lower abs. 32-33 is about where I end up. The 33 jeans I still have are way to tight still. They button, but it's not good.

Pant size is different than waist in inches. Men's pant sizes are usually around 2" bigger than the actual inches in the waist needed to wear them comfortably.

So if you are a 37" waist that's still very large. Way too large to just say you have large protruding abdominal muscles. In your case it looks to be 40/60 ab fat / back fat. So you still have 9-5" to lose.

Being I am a trader here, my name is not a secret...however you want to get personal I hope you are prepared to be likewise served.

Most that have gone down this road don't like the end results. You have to figure, I am have never tried to hide here. Many like yourself, do and don't like that info 'out there'.

Just sayin.

U mad bro?

I am 5'10" and my waist is naturally thick. I understand pants and waist sizes, but most here only know their pants sizes as well as not understanding 'waist' is usually measured at the naval. When I was about 15-20lbs heavier my waist at navel was 42", it's now 38" at the naval and drinking green tea all day so far. It's probably about 36" in the morning.

I just use the clothes I fit into. An average man wears a size 35-36 pants. I am now at that mark.
