Air fryers are awesome - way better than convection ovens. Mine makes great rice too

After watching some YouTube videos that this great dude makes, ProHomeCooks, where he uses an air fryer for a couple things, I made some room in my kitchen cabinets and bought an air fryer. Went with the Cosori Air Fryer Pro II. The reviews are great, and got like 15% off with a coupon code. He cooks a lot of great stuff and his videos are great, most of them are not air fryer related.

Thought of getting the hybrid toaster oven/air fryer options but it seems they get really dirty and are hard to clean. The removable basket style ones are far better in that regard. While I'd like to have a nice stainless steel looking thing on my counter that does both toasting and air frying, the cleaning thing seemed really annoying. I'll keep the air fryer under the counter.

Excited to make some soy sauce glazed chicken legs, chicken wings, asparagus, and more stuff.

I got a Cosori convection toaster oven last year, I've been pretty happy with it. I haven't made anything particularly messy in it, other than bacon, which I just baked and covered with foil to prevent spatter everywhere.
