Even before we take into account that the Courts have ruled that those that use drugs (legal or illegal) can't be kept from owning a gun being, so that question is unconstitutional from that perspective. But doesn't the question itself violate the 5th and 14th amendment, specially if you are charged for answering it falsely? It's possible the court already included that in the opinion, as i did not read the opinion myself.

I’d advise folks to shy away from 5th Avenue when Donald is in town.

Yeah I found that out the hard way in 2016.. wanted to take my wife to Rockerfellar Center on christmas.. holy fuck.

After that I really avoid 5th Avenue and 55-58 whenever possible.

To eliminate the 2-tiered justice systems like Trump claims either prosecute both Trump and Hunter or drop charges on both.

I saw that was being blasted on crap channels today.

The smoking gun that some dude listed his mailing address, which happened to be his parents house for wire transfers.
You know, the sort of thing you have to resort to post divorce when you don't have a permanent stable residence.

Yup, 1000% this. I didn't stop using my parents address as a permanent address for quite some time because I moved fairly frequently.

You literally can put any address. Address has very little utility. Now, if the account numbers matched up with Joe Biden's then we can talk.

When I graduated med school, the school required us to use a stable address. (Ya know, because we are moving for residency). In my case, it was my parent's address.

It is amazing that this is being crowed as the greatest catch in history when Trump was found liable in fraud and his businesses revoked. It is literally bizarro world.

It's because:
1) Republicans don't actually care about corruption - they care about winning.
2) Not that this is an excuse but everyone already knows Trump is a criminal so new news to this effect doesn't interest people as much.

Trump's banks reacting to the news that he committed fraud which has now suddenly been revealed to them:

I don 't know if this has been mentioned already, but I heard on the radio yesterday that there have been no prosecutions/convictions (I can't remember which word was used, but it was one of the 2) EVER in Delaware for false declarations on a gun application. EVER until this one, that is.
s/ Hmmm... I wonder why. /s

I mean…SCOTUS literally just ruled that domestic abusers shouldn’t lose the ability to own/purchase firearms. Something about the “originalist intent” of the Constitution not defining any rights protecting women (lol). I guess tax evaders are much more dangerous than wife beaters in the eyes of the law.

They didn’t rule that way, they just decided to hear the case. Given their hostility to any attempt to control gun ownership I wouldn’t be shocked if they did, but they haven’t yet, and this decision came from the 5th circuit, who has pretty frequently been too insane even for this SCOTUS.

A chance to give guns more rights than women? I'll be surprised if some of these Justices don't start talking about enshrining that as the real 2nd Amendment.

It’s going to be an endless circle. With the $10M in lawyer fees he’s incurred, Repugnicans are going to be investigating how he paid for it while he’s the son of the current president.
