They have the Acer AL2216WBD 22" LCD for $299.99, in store. It was in the Sunday adds. I'm suprised no else posted it, or at least I didn't see anyone else post it.

The coupon link works for me and this looks to be as good as anything I expect to see on Black Friday in regards to LCDs. Thanks OP.

I wanted to post this yesterday, as its a great price on a huge LCD .. I was ready to dump my 19" and upgrade but I have too many rebates out now that haven't shown up yet to pull the trigger.

nice.

I was in the market for a new monitor to replace an aging 17" crt.

Is this monitor of sufficient size for developing code? or would a 24" be a better bet?

thanks.

So just print out the coupon and go in-store to get it? The coupon looks to be a scan from a real ad. Are you guys 100% SURE they'll accept it? I'd have to go on my lunch break and the closest Circuit City is one hell of a drive :(

Also, I have a Dell Celeron B110 from last year that has the Intel graphics on board that I need a monitor for. Do you think that card will allow 1680x1050 graphics? I wonder if Intel has newer drivers out for it...

I'm not sure if on board graphics will run at that resolution. You don't have to run it at the native resolution but it will look much better if you do.If you have an agp slot get a cheap graphics card.

at $260 i'm very tempted.

Does anybody know how the black level compares to a Dell 1704FPT?
Also, is it hard to find ~20" monitors with a composite/s-video input?

Unfortunately you can only purchase this if it's in the store. I check all three of local CC by entering my zip code and found none of the one nears me have any in stock.
Well, hopefully the upcoming Black Friday hot deals will be even hotter.

Has anyone (on this forum) actually tried using the printed coupon?

How do people get these coupons? Were they sent out to people that just moved?

Also, anyone else have any luck with a printed out version? Looks like that's what's being sold on ebay.

Just ordered one online with local store pickup. Hope they adjust the price with the coupon when I pick it up.

CC's restocking fee says 15% on computer items. Does this adhere to that? I sure hope not!
