I keep in shape by mixing in workouts with getting ready in the morning: stretches, brush teeth, 50 pushups, shower, 20 pushups, 30 crunches, shave, 20 pushups 30 crunches, get dressed.

The problem came in with the 50 pushups, shower part. I sometimes do those nude, and "it" hits the floor. I had some itching and redness appear down there, and I now appear to have a UTI.

Moral and PSA: If you're a guy, don't do pushups naked. Your weiner will pay. :'( :$ and a dash of D:

Update 9/24: Condition still "red". Diagnosed as a yeast infection, apparently very common. Need to stop wearing thongs and satin underwear.

Update 9/25: Condition "pink": Swelling and itching subsiding, still flies like a butterfly, stings like when I pee.

You could have easily avoided that by putting a plastic/paper cup where "it" touches the ground. :hmm😀:

How the hell dirty is your floor?

Are you sure the UTI is from that and not something - or someone - else?
 
You had to have been jamming it into the ground. I can't see how you'd get a UTI from lightly grazing the floor.
 
You got a UTI from naked pushups? Maybe stop spending so much time doing crunches and a little more time vacuuming.

It's a tile floor. I mop once a week, but I'm sure the moist environment has something to do with it.

I'd do the shower last in that lineup. I would want to sweat from my exercise and then shower after all of that.

I don't really sweat from that stuff. More of an upkeep thing.

Ideas on how should I keep in shape if I don't brush my teeth, shower, or shave?

The obvious solution it to use condoms for practicing safe pushups

Edit: Oh, and the obligatory if-I-tried-to-do-naked-pushups-I-would-be-able-to-flail-my-arms-and-still-be-propped-up remark.

There's no reason you should be naked at that point. The activities at the beginning of the list don't require nor would they benefit from being naked, so I suggest leaving your undies on until it's shower time.
