Just wanted to share that my company does a lot of work for a major consumer goods company. We do a lot of work where we make displays for this stuff and have to fill it with product to take pictures, etc.

We had a couple shipping pallets of goods that have outdated packaging and is not needed anymore, so they let the employees have a little bit of it but the majority is being shipped overseas the the troops.

I won't take credit for it or anything, but I just wanted people to know that we haven't forgotten our friends, neighbors and fellow Americans that over there.

I have a box full of assorted paperback books ready to go and want to make sure that the address in the OP is still valid. Anyone?

Hey, if anyone has a way to get ahold of Grunt03, please do so! I'm sure the guys & gals in Iraq would still appreciate the stuff folks are willing to send, but since Grunt's back in the states, let's hope he has a buddy over there willing to pass out the goodies! :)

Greetings everyone one. Afew people wanted my to up date the post.

Many of you wanted to know if the address is still correct to send boxes to. The answer is yes, the address is still good just simply address the box the " Any Marine or Service member"" if you are sending a box for females please make sure you put for females somewhere on the box.

For those of you who want a cheaper way to send items, i am stationed at Camp Pendleton and can send thing out from the base. Just let me know and i will do what ever it takes to continue to support the troops.

Are we allowed to forward this? I'd like to send this to my friend who is retired from US Airforce.

Just sent out another box. They have been asking for microwavable stuff. I noticed the grocery store carries these horrible little brownie things. You just add water and nuke. 3 minutes later a god-aweful dessert pops out. In the future I think I'll just send Little Debbie.

Also sent him a Hooters T-shirt signed by all the girls I could find. Even took a picture so they would know its legit.
