As the title says. I have tried many pre-workouts but no one really made me feel more powerful or gave me that extra push. They give extra power to my brain (the caffeine effect I think) but I never felt something special for my physical performance. I train regularly and I'm fine. I just want something to help me in fitness test days and competitions. I'm mainly talking about the 2-mile run.
I want to hear your opinions. What really worked out for you? Of course I want real life experiences, specially for running. Thanks.
Dark Labs Crack Gold or Undead king seems to be the strongest. Anyone tried them?
