Should I not be breathing this air in? It wasn't dead, it was just in there. He sh1t himself once I turned the a/c on.

This is a pretty expensive Panasonic unit too. I would not want to just throw it away. What should I do?

Would this be a... nocturnal emission? 😉

Hmm, I found a rat next to the A/C outide the house over the weekend. Maybe they were trying to steal the power and build a secret rat society...

Hey now, I *really* did see a rat next to my A/C. :frown:

Maybe I'll be able to get some pics, I have seen him a couple of times recently.

I haven't seen him again. I suspect he completed the wiring run and only comes back for maintainence. 😉

I look forward to our benevolent rodent rulers.

mousetraps + penut butter shoved way into the curly thing = no more mice in air conditioner

Edit:

By the way. If very little is left in the curly thing but that's all the penut butter that's left do not refill the peanut butter. He'll be back just one more time and then you'll hear a snap. 😛

I wouldn't worry. There's always the risk of hanta virus or something, but thats only ever really in enclosed building that have been infested with rodents crapping all over the place. I would suggest finding out where it came from though and getting rid of the rest if there are any.
