I haven't seen him again. I suspect he completed the wiring run and only comes back for maintainence.

I wouldn't worry. There's always the risk of hanta virus or something, but thats only ever really in enclosed building that have been infested with rodents crapping all over the place. I would suggest finding out where it came from though and getting rid of the rest if there are any.
