So... therapy is for everyone, but therapy is especially for you. That's okay, I know you won't listen to me, but you should seek help.

Just a quick chat with a dietitian would be helpful!

Then lots of long and involved sessions with a therapist!
But a dietitian first!

10/20
4 blackberries
9oz of plain Greek Yogurt
Pasta and Cheese
1 oz banana
9 eggs pasture raised
20 peanuts

10/21
1 can of sardines(Tiny tots)
1 piece swordfish
1 half tube of anchovy paste
1 blackberry
1 plain egg
7 blackberries+cream
7.5 oz yogurt greek chobani
2.3 oz porkliver
3.3 oz peanuts

10/22 (I guess today is an anabolic break day)
1 vitamin C tablet
1 can of Tiny Tots Brisling Sardines
2 small store-bought shortcakes. 1 eaten with the sugar loaded store cream; store might have added some cheap sugar mix as my mom has no sweet restriction and noticed the store whipped cream was sweeter as well. The other I let my mom eat most of the store cream and I applied my homemade basic Great Value whipped cream.
8 blackberries with homemade whipped cream( withLakanto Monkfruit sweetener).
1 can of Tiny Tots sardines around 8pm to relieve the "boat anchor feel" of eating all that whipped cream.
3 more Sauder's pasture raised eggs. The taste of these eggs definitely triggers my "predation" mode. The yolk especially, gives a taste ever so slightly reminiscent of crabs eggs, but just a tad milder. Compared to the plain egg, this response is substantially different. I have eaten very few plain eggs in my entire life. Never counted, but it would be 1-2 per year on average. There is a pronounced different in the yolks of the cheap eggs. It's very custardy and soyish...

You're just desperately confused that someone can eat fat with impunity, yet eat so little. Yeah, welcome to my freedom.
Talking to a predatory industry sales agent who likely has orthorexia is irrational(no sane person would spend their 20s thinking that deeply about food unless they are insecure about something). Promoters of "hamster wheel slavery", they are. Not only have they not helped health. They've helped murder real quality European food culture like those of the French and Italians. Oh, and I can make female ones dead jealous that I'm at a lower weight than they are while having access to most pleasure foods besides clingy sweet pastries and candies.

They will not pry the pork belly from my cold dead Chinese hands(both bacon and hong shao rou).

You're probably just jealous that I have no worries about weight or food beyond the mere practical matter at hand.

The science is there.

Mouth bacteria/fungi can enter the bloodstream and spread elsewhere.
Sucrose is processed by S. mutans into a biofilm that then assists

Sardines cover the bases for proteins, DHA, and EPA
Pasture-raised eggs cover vitamin K, protein, some fat, and numerous other micros
Blackberries covers vitamins, potassium, etc
Saturated fat covers celluar membrane strength
Monounstraturated fat covers celluar flexibility
And I still get to enjoy the proteins.
Greens cover numerous vitamins and minerals as well, along with antioxidants and other chemicals not yet firmly established as being good.

I'm pretty well set in health since all the essential nutrients are covered and I have no intention to stop eating them.

Grains exist only because they help stretch a budget.

Post your bloodwork results the next time you get them. It'll be interesting to see your cholesterol level with this high-fat, zero-exercise diet.

10/23(pantry cleaning/eating old crap)
16 blackberries w/ a load of homemade erythritol+monk fruit extract whipped cream
1 bag of Green Giant frozen food. Broccoli and cheese
2.3oz Jimmy Dean sausage
1 can of Tiny Tots sardine
1 orange with heaping applications of homemade whipped cream.
2 bacon cheddar beef burger patties

1/2 a length of you tiao, which is a long Chinese bread that is flaky like a low-density crossaint but with saltier and oilier edge to it(not expected, Mom came home with it after some real estate agent "acqaintance" randomly decided to give some vegetables to my Mom). Eaten around 7pm...of course...starch and insulin will crash 3 hours later and I'll eat MORE. Torn into swallow pieces, some with more cream, other without.
11:30 or past - I eat one more of the store bacon cheddar beef burger patties

That might come around November 10th, as I got some sort of physical scheduled for wisdom teeth extraction. The extraction would involve sedation, hence the NIH wants actual results and testing. But if I opt for local anesthesia, I would not require such an exam but I am curious myself to see how I'm faring. From a general feeling standpoint, I feel quite "relaxed" under the current regimen of taking in just enough carbs via fruit and nuts to avoid binging and allocating a couple days of "glycogen restoration" with some hard starches.

I would consider the specific addition of sardines to be the major contributor of improving and clearing up the mental side of things for me. Other "meats", both white and red did not have such an effect even though I consumed quite a bit of them since March. I haven't eaten much fish at all recently and sardines definitely not; I generally hate eating canned salmon and tuna. I wonder what chemicals I was missing that was present in the sardines.

I'm 51 years old. I'm six foot one and I weigh 70kgs. I'm fine with my weight.

What I don't do is obsess over what I eat. I chew my food and I eat what I want in a varied way.

You have a terrible relationship with food and it's not healthy. You can do what you want but don't pretend that it's healthy or normal.

There is no obsession. It takes work to learn but I go dormant once sufficient knowledge is obtained. That is not obession. That's using the brain.

Obsession is anorexics not listening to themselves and distorting their perceptions so badly they'll fast for weeks and then die from binging on 20 bananas. Their own vanity and biological processes wind up screwing themselves.

My goal is to make food irrelevant in my life and not cost me any more time after the learning is finished, just like it was before when I literally was eating solely on intuition.

ANd I'll revive old manners I learned(and promptly disregarded then) from my mother's friend about eating pizza with a fork and knife. And once it's back there, there is no way there can be a terrible relationship with something out of my conscious mind and only in the reflexive mind.

"Tuesday, I got a dental cleaning and a cavity filling. That filling has pushed me further in dedicating my diet to be strictly the tooth-friendliest at all costs because I spent a lot of time flossing and brushing just to still get a cavity. "

You dedicated your diet to being strictly the tooth-friendliest at all costs because of a cavity. Seems like obsessive behavior to me.
