I've only seen seasons 1, 3, and 4. 1 and 4 were great, but 3 was watered down with too much Kim whining, too many "OMG, there's an even BADDER bad guy!" moments, and a biological attack scene that managed to actually be boring. Seriously... they had people dying left and right, people bleeding out of every last orifice, and it was still boring. It's definitely a show to watch on DVD to fast forward all of the filler.

Season 3 made me stop watching 24 for a while. Kim annoyed me SO MUCH!

And yeah, 24 owns, I've only watched 1-3, but I love it.
 
Yeah it's getting worse. I used to record it on my DVR when Heroes was on but now I don't bother watching it at all.

No, but it was bombed in the first season, had a chemical gas released in I think the third and always has a traitor on the staff.
 
Rumor has it that right before the last season (end 2005-2006), Keifer signed a 5 year contract. So he wont die, or not be aired on the show for 3 more years.
 
for me 24 died when I started watching Heroes. It's a very bad time slot for 24 now. I used to think Heroes didn't have much of a future going head to head with 24
