The show is a complete and utter joke!

Season 2 wasn't bad on DVD since I could fast-forward through Kim whining, crying and being menaced by cougars.

It's definitely a show that could be edited down to 1/4 its broadcast length though.

Even death can't stop Jack Bauer :thumbsup:

I've only seen seasons 1, 3, and 4. 1 and 4 were great, but 3 was watered down with too much Kim whining, too many "OMG, there's an even BADDER bad guy!" moments, and a biological attack scene that managed to actually be boring. Seriously... they had people dying left and right, people bleeding out of every last orifice, and it was still boring. It's definitely a show to watch on DVD to fast forward all of the filler.

The problem with 24 is that they can't kill off the one guy who is most likely to die in 90% of all the shows scenarios. Because of this, it is a constant suspension of disbelief. They needed to kill off Jack Bauer a long time ago if they wanted the show to be any sort of serious. They could have made the show follow different agents through their stories instead of just 1 super invincible dude.
