Laptop w/ GPS receiver to keep on track
Red Bull & various snacks

I drove from Memphis to Miami (14 hours) and made it, but damn did I feel cracked out from the 3-4 Red Bull. Will be driving from here to Minneapolis next week, but luckily will have 2 other drivers in the car with me to alternate shifts 🙂

The last long car trip I made was 853 miles. It took 11 hours 45 minutes and I stopped exactly once for 10 minutes. In that time I got gas, food, and used the bathroom. Next stop: destination.

My family wonders why I hate to drive with them. "What do you mean you have to use the bathroom? It's only been 2 hours. You'll just have to hold it until we stop for gas. In another 4 hours."
