Yes, I agree. Trump is older than Biden was in the previous elections, and the GOP tried playing the old card last time as well. Trump just doesn't look that old, compared to Biden. Biden looks like an old man that can sometimes barely move, talks relatively slowly, looks like he nods off, and worst of all has weird gaffs like mixing up the president of Egypt the president of Mexico. When Trump has similar things happening to him, you just kind of expect it from him because he's ignorant.

I just think that the age issue is big enough now, with increased visibility of gaffs, and I think that it affects more voters than it did in the previous election.

Sadly, this is relevant again after the debate. Biden really should have let another candidate run in these elections.

Either they kick it back down to lower courts (where it dies regardless), or define immunity for "official" acts only, not private ones.

I was asking your opinion so why would those articles matter?

I think it’s possible they kick it back down but the overall ruling will be against immunity.

The way SCOTUS has protected Trump is through delay - he loses nearly every case in the end.

I think this is actually called seizing the moment by the Trump campaign and it's actually very smart.

Biden's candidacy is a major crisis right now, they know they need to take advantage, a lot of non Dem base voters who are independent or moderate R's maybe even thinking of voting for Biden, they have the momentum, they are trying to hide their extremist views and elements, challenge Biden, who isn't up to the task, and win this race.
