Prior to yesterday, public sentiment was I’m not voting Walker. If there’s a runoff and senate control in the balance, then will hold nose and vote for him. But unsure what the independent voters will do.
Yeah this is my fear. I can only hope with Kemp off the ballot that some will stay home. It seems he drove turn out so hopefully they cancel each other out.

As far as Trump losing his touch...his guys Budd and Vance won, and Walker and Masters are still in it so I don't buy that narrative just yet.

Looks like a lot of 2020 deniers lost overall, but not by huge repudiating margins.

It's looking like it will be the difference between 50 and 51. So no difference, especially without the House.

While control of both chambers is still up in the air it does not appear that republicans will make anything like the gains you predicted. Does this make you reconsider your method of predicting elections?

Yes, happy to be wrong. You can have at me.

Waiting to exhale on Moore vs Harper, tbh.

Essentially it looks like the republicans will narrowly take the house and it’s all based on gerrymandering. In an even playing field Democrats would have won, which is a very strong result for a midterm.

Looks like the polls were basically right.

Could it be? Is Boebert gonna lose???
Based on what's outstanding in that district I'm not so sure. I think there's a better than 80% chance she prevails in the end once it's all in. Hope I'm wrong but not holding my breath. The gap should keep narrowing here. Even with the heavy lean to Dems she is suffering.

Guys, another good election win that I forgot about yesterday, in MD:

80

Now I've only got 99 reasons to hate this state!

(to be fair, the first 38 of those reasons are related to this stupid, bullshit, ugly-ass monarchist flag that the locals diddle themselves to)

Good luck. We won that in 2020 in CT and still not a single recreational store has opened.

Maryland already has medicinal stores. Gotta wonder if it's easy for them to do recreational as well (from a regulatory standpoint).
And at least in my area there are a few smoke shops that advertise often on the radio, and I'm sure they'll be eager to expand their offerings.

CT has had medicinal for years. It's all about rich people positioning themselves to control the market.
